The first to the far LEFT is my dear friend Lacey who put on something different and went into the quarter!, then upper RIGHT is my dear friend Shamsi of Bayou Shimmy who is as radiant on the inside as she is on the outside, and lastly that reniassance looking girl...Jessica who was so stunning and this is one of my favorite pictures EVER!

#11b NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) has a website to display your personal portfolios when you are a participating member and two of my images this year were chosen as “Editor’s Choice”. The top one is of a trash the dress session I did (thanks Carrissa) and the bottom one is of a bellydance shoot I did for Tribal Muses! I was so excited!

#12 Tata was such a sweetheart and is a fab photographer herself so we wanted to do something creative for her promo shots as a bellydancer. Who knew we would get kicked out of Old Town in Kissimmee? Oh well, I guess she was just too stunning for the general public to handle and I was too sneaky =)

#13 This shoot will always be embedded in my memory, not only because of this image which was very HOT and my favorite (thanks Julianne and Greg), but right afterwards was when I found out the cops were at the door of my home waiting to arrest me (don’t worry peeps, I am really not a criminal). Also a special thanks again to Gwen for taking care of me and calming me down!

#14 Christine and her class will always have a special place in my heart. This image reflects Christine and her personality with her special needs children. There is so much love and emotion in this image it just makes me want to cry.

#15 Pat and Davina’s wedding was in Chicago and we had some great places to shoot for their day-after session in the city. The top picture is at “the bean”, a sculpture in the park where we called upon everyone that was there and asked them to be a part of their image…the bottom is my favorite shot in front of the Chicago Theater.

#16 Clockwise from top left Johanna, Omaris, Karen, and Kimberly of Hip Expressions Bellydance Studio in St. Pete, which if you read this blog you know how much I travel there. These are my girls and they take such good care of me. These images are from Portraits Orientalia, a bellydance themed photoshoot event we do there annually. Thanks for a successful 2009 Hip Expressions!

#17 Chloe and Nick will always have a special place in my heart. Those of you who read the blog know their special story of Nick being in a coma and they missed their planned wedding day so I offered to take pictures for them when he was better and they were married on Halloween 09. You two were meant for eachother and thanks so much for letting me be a part of your day!

#18 Partnercon was SO much fun, of course it helped that it was in my second home…NOLA. The first image on the left is from a shoot I set up for my photog friends while we were there (thanks Marielle and Elsa!), the middle was my favorite shot from David Beckstead’s workshop, and the last was from the workshop I won for Carlos Baezs’ Nudeoir ™ workshop at Muriel’s historic restaurant in the quarter. Can’t wait to do it again!
