Boy has it been a busy month! Today we took my parents to Mount Dora for the day. They are in town from Michigan and we always love to go shopping and eating in Mount Dora. We started the day with a cruise on Captain Doolittle's boat out of the Lakeside Inn. If you haven't gone, I HIGHLY reccomend it. It is a great narrative wildlife tour through the Dora canal. I got some great shots of some of the wildlife there. My Mom and Dad enjoyed it very much. We went out to eat at The Goblin Market afterwards...this is absolutely my new favorite restaurant there! Get the BBQ Pork sandwich..it is to die for! And the environment is so nice, very eclectic and moddy with dim lighting. We sta in the back area outside, it was covered and against brick walls...very cool. I loved it. Then we had dessert at the Key Lime Shoppe which I also highly reccomend. We got frozen key lime pie on a stick....it is covered with chocolate shell, and oh soooo good. Too good.....I am trying to get back on a diet!

Today I went to the annual WDI Motorama and got some really cool shots I thought I would share. There were tons of cars there, we even had our own little "stunt show". Everyone had a great time, even in the heat.

The Big Bellydance Photo Shoot 3 was a HUGE success! There was 16 models and we went to the lovely Maitland Art Center for the shoot. We had a great time with the help of our lovely makeup artist Laura, our great friends Leann and Matt who brought all of the extra stuff, and of course all of the great models! We had such a great time and I can't wait to do it again! We are planning on another one at the beach again in October. More to come on that later! Today was another Florida Tribal Dance event "An Evening of Tribal". Adeela and Genie were there to video the event. Had a great time again with our tribal friends =) Set up another portrait are and got some great shots of the girls. Sashi from Ascend Tribal Dance in Califronia was there teaching a workshop during the day and performed in the show that evening. She was so COOL! So fun to photograph too. We all hung out afterwards at Bennigan's and had a great time laughing and joking around. I love my Tribal friends =)

I finally talked Adeela and Genie of Cintronart Productions to come hang out with me and Shane in Orlando. They came the weekend of Lacey's next show, An Evening of Tribal. We had such a GREAT time! Even though Shane couldn't spend much time with us because he was working the night shift at school and working on his pitch for the convention trip to Louisiana we still occupied ourselves. We went to the Lakeridge Winery and hung out for a while, while it rained. Drank some wine on the free wine tour and took some pictures along the way. When we were out in the parking lot we saw some vintage cars and took pictures of those too. Before we went to the winery we were at one of our Digital Photography Group of Lake County Meetup's in downtown Clermont where our dear frineds from Miami finally had the chance to put some faces to names. We had a great time there too. We were tuckered out when we got home and Dizzi (our loving boxer girl) cozied right up to Genie....it must be the beard! They were sooo cute!
